Privacy policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Who we are
FineApples is a product of Enthral, India (“Enthral”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information in connection with the fineappls.com marketing website (the “Site”). If you have questions about this policy or about your data, you can reach us at sales@enthral.ai.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers only the fineappls.com marketing website — the pages you use to learn about FineApples, request a demo, or contact our team. It does not cover the FineApples application itself (the recruitment platform used by our customer organisations and their candidates), which is governed by separate agreements and terms entered into directly with the relevant customer organisation. If you are a candidate or user of the FineApples application, please refer to the privacy notice provided by the organisation using FineApples to manage its hiring.
3. Information we collect
The Site does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information simply by your browsing it. We collect personal information only when you voluntarily submit it through a form on the Site, such as our demo-request or contact forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, work email address, company or organisation name, role, expected hiring volume, subject, and any message or details you choose to share.
4. How form submissions are handled
Submissions made through our forms are delivered to us using Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form-relay service that forwards the contents of your submission to our email inbox. We do not store form submissions in a database on the Site. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf for the limited purpose of relaying form submissions, and its handling of that data is subject to its own privacy policy and terms, which we encourage you to review at web3forms.com.
5. How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct product demonstrations, and follow up with relevant sales or product information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use any information collected through the Site to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Site does not currently set any tracking or analytics cookies. If we introduce analytics, advertising, or similar tracking technologies in the future, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and how, and, where required by law, seek your consent before doing so.
7. Hosting and technical logs
The Site is hosted on cloud infrastructure. In the ordinary course of serving web pages, our hosting provider may process standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser or device user agent, and request timestamps, for purposes of security, abuse prevention, and reliable delivery of the Site.
8. Data retention
We retain information submitted through our forms for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and manage the associated sales relationship. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us at sales@enthral.ai, and we will do so unless we have a legitimate business or legal reason to retain it for a further period.
9. Your rights
If you are located in India, you have rights in relation to your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), including rights to access, correct, update, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw any consent you have given. If you are located in another jurisdiction, you may have equivalent or additional rights under applicable local law, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, please write to us at sales@enthral.ai, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect information from, children under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through the Site, please contact us so that we can delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post any updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
12. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Enthral, India. For any questions, contact sales@enthral.ai.
This document is a draft prepared for review by legal counsel and may be updated.
