1. Agreement to these terms
These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the fineappls.com marketing website (the “Site”), operated by Enthral, India (“Enthral”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply only to the Site. Use of the FineApples recruitment platform itself is governed by separate agreements entered into directly between Enthral and the customer organisation deploying FineApples, and, where applicable, by terms presented to candidates within that platform.
2. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the FineApples name and marks, and the underlying design and code — are owned by or licensed to Enthral and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and browse the Site for your own informational and evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or extract content from the Site at scale, or use our name or marks without our prior written consent.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to: use it for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable law; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems; submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any form on the Site; or use automated tools to submit bulk, spam, or repeated form submissions.
4. Product information
The Site is provided for general informational purposes. It describes FineApples’ features, including some marked “Early access”, which are under active development and subject to change without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, a warranty of specific functionality, or a guarantee that any described feature will be available at any particular time. Specific commitments regarding features, availability, and performance are set out only in a signed agreement with Enthral.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, including a sign-in portal for the FineApples platform hosted at careershiring.enthral.ai, and Web3Forms, which we use to relay form submissions. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Enthral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Enthral harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
9. Termination of access
We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Site in a way that could harm us or other users.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
